What You'll Do
Gather and organize information on problems or procedures
Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems
Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation
Plan study of work problems and procedures, organizational change, communications
Evaluate business processes and propose optimizations to improve efficiency
Analyze market trends and financial performance of real estate properties
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Develop reports and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
Collaborate with different departments to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements
3 months of experience in Business Analytics or Management
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics
Proficiency in Russian language as majority of employees, contractors and clients are Russian-speaking
